At CineGradeLUTs we strive to offer the best possible selection of LUTs and Presets for various cameras. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we have a No Refund Policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

No Refund Policy

All sales on CineGradeLUTs are considered final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, and to protect us from fraudulent refund claims.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

While we maintain a No Refund Policy as a general rule, we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we do honor refund requests for the following reasons:

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
• Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product.
• Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.

In such cases, we may exchange the product upon receipt of the defective item, or refund the full price of the product as per your request¹².
